MFG team finally built and shipped all "July" orders. On top of that, today we had a very good reason to celebrate - we shipped MFG Crosswind Serial Number 1000 to Norway. We had only a few minor issues within first 1000 pedals produced. All of those issues were on early units, quickly and easily resolved. Pedals got further enhacements with electronics /cables / packing....
Today whole team gathered for dinner at our production. We are proud at our achievements and happy to have you on board as our customer. That is what we celebrate.
Past two years we constantly improved. Today we are happy to say that we don't only produce a great product, but we can maintain (and improve) our quality by increasing production quantity over time. Charm of custom built pedals is maintained. Each set of pedals is still hand tweaked, assembled and tested by MFG team members. As a team leader I always had that "Ferrari" principle in my mind - highly skilled band of craftsmen who are proud at what they do. Looking at my team today at celebration I can proudly say that goal is accomplished.
You are probably among the last customers who waited for pedals for so long. It is estimated that by end of November we will finally catch up with orders - MFG Crosswind will be a stock product.
Now, to get back on your order. I won't bother you with some production trouble we had in August ( like our supplier delayed delivery of springs) ... I just want to say that it is behind us and we are catching up with the schedule. Unfortunately that also mean that we are ,again, late to deliver pedals to you. Here is how it goes :
- All "august" orders - including yours - will be ready to ship within next 10-15 days. Of course, we cannot deliver all at once ( 130 orders including yours) ...therefore you can expect an e-mail "pedals ready to ship" followed by e-mail with invoice within 4-15 day period.
- Tonight I will close the possibility for online update of e-mail/shipping . I simply need to take all your data offline for shipping/invoicing. If you need to change your adress please contact me directly at mfg@simundza.com
Info that I will use for shipping is presented here - at the bottom of this e-mail ( I will not use your paypal shipping adress if it's different, so if you want your pedals to ship on a different adress I kindly ask you to infor me about it.)
Once again, sorry to keep you waiting for sooo long. I hope that you will forget this looong wait as soon as you start to use MFG Crosswind.
Kind regards
Milan Simundza
