Opino igual que mis compañeros y ya te lo comenté Dodo, estaría guay hacer una compra colectiva nada más que para tener ATC y AWACS en las misiones (que falta me hace), daría mucho más inmersión y seria la caña.

Cosas que he ido leyendo.
El programa solo funciona en multijugador. Necesita que el que está actuando como servidor de la misión de DCS, haya instalado y activado el servidor LotATC. El software de servidor es gratuito y se instala como un módulo más en DCS. Requiere abrir el puerto TCP 10310.
En la solapa de configuración del módulo, se puede activar o desactivar, aunque si no hay clientes no consume recursos. También se puede seleccionar la cantidad de información que se manda a los que actúen como clientes, desde un modo realista, con solo la información que realmente se puede ver, hasta toda la información disponible.
El programa cliente es el que es de pago y su precio es de 20€. 15€ para 5 o más, 10€ para 10 o más licencias compradas simultáneamente. Como somos cuatro, incluso comprar 5 a su precio nos sale algo más barato, con la quinta podemos hacer un sorteo. :mrgreen:
El cliente es standalone, es decir, no necesita tener DCS, ni ejecutarlo para conectar con el servidor y recibir los datos. ¿Qué es lo que muestra?
"Well, it displays, over a map (background), the units detected in the DCS mission. Which units are shown depends on the detection profile enforced by the server and, of course, the tactical situation at the time. The radar screen is refreshed every 2 seconds by default.
By default, friendly units (= from your coalition) are shown in white, and enemy coalition units are displayed in red. See below how to change that if you wish.
LotAtc is able to display:
Mission data, with:
current weather (only if static weather - we’re looking what’s possible with dynamic weather, but at this time the answer is 'nothing useful’)
time from DCS
bullseye position (your coalition’s one only, of course)
geographical coordinates, position relative to the bullseye, and elevation of the point at the mouse cursor location.
NB: elevation requires the relief database installed; this database is automatically installed if you have LotAtc 4 DCS server module, or you can choose to download and install it when installing LotAtc 4 DCS client stand-alone application.
Aircraft units, with:
a symbol that may vary depending on the detection profile enforced by the server, the nature or mission of the aircraft, or simply the controller’s choice (you or another colleague logged on the same coalition),
a velocity vector showing where the aircraft is headed for; the lenght of the vector is either:
showing where the aircraft will be in X seconds if it doesn’t change course nor speed
or proportional to the aircraft ground speed measured by LotAtc,
a customizable label with various data about the aircraft (see the Labels page for more details).
Ground and Sea units, with:
a SAM symbol for Ground units, or a ship symbol for Sea units,
a label indicating their type, displayed only when you’re hovering your mouse cursor above the symbol.
Detection and Engagement circles, with:
the detection circle (discontinuous line) that allows the ATC/GCI to assess units max detection range (AWACS, ground- and sea-based radars),
the engagement (threat) circle (continuous line) that allows the ATC/GCI to assess units max engagement range (ground- and sea-based SAMs).

Con respecto a la compatibilidad con Simple Radio nos dice que todavía no la tiene. De momento solo con UniversRadio.
"For the SRS compatibility, I am working on it, not available yet, only UniversRadio is currently supported, but it will come."
Según él, tanto el servidor como los clientes deben abrir el puerto TCP 10310.
"For the 10310 TCP port, it must be opened by server AND clients, same way than the 10308 port for DCS, it is used by LotAtc clients (no need for DCS client of course) to communicate with server."
El programa soporta el escenario de Nevada con o sin datos de elevación, relieve del terreno.
"Yes there is full support of Nevada, you have the option with client or server at install to download the relief file. If you have not the file for server, LotAtc will think that the map is flat, but it will works :)

¿Qué os parece? La no compatibilidad con SR es casi un NO-GO a no ser que usemos solo Discord. En una sesión de IFR puro es pasable, en una misión táctica no lo veo así.

Otra opción es moverse a Univers Radio. Pero no va a pasar pese a ser el mejor. De todas maneras, la no compatibilidad con SR quizás se refiera a que no soporta el IFF de SR. No veo que no pueda estar LotATC funcionando y la gente hablando por SR. Son cosas independientes.
